中國身家億萬的企業(yè)家馬云近日向大家透露自己的成功秘訣，其中之一即公司要想成功就要多聘請女性員工。 Using his own company and success rate as an example, Jack Ma said that 47% of his employees and 32% of the top board members are females, according to Sinchew. 據(jù)《星洲日報(bào)》報(bào)道，馬云拿自己公司和成功率統(tǒng)計(jì)舉例，提到他自己的公司有47%都是女性員工，32%的高層人員都是女性。 “If you want your company to be successful, then you should hire female workers!” Alibaba’s CEO said.“Women think about others more than themselves.” “如果想讓你的公司成功，就請多聘請女性吧！”阿里巴巴的CEO如此呼吁道?！耙?yàn)榕元?dú)有的體貼令她們更多是為他人著想，而不是只考慮自己。” Ma said that the reason behind this is a woman’s emotional intelligence which allows them to be more thoughtful about their jobs and roles.
