1.1 Scope 范圍

This specification will involve the insulation   design and material requirements of cold and hot medium for Merck project. The insulation of equipment and piping in all building belong to the applicable scope of the specification. The internal insulation design of piping and equipment for instrument, electrical and ventilating duct is out of the scope. The requirement of package equipment and its piping system will meet the standard of the manufacturer.

本規(guī)定包括了本項目中對于熱和冷的介質(zhì)保溫層的設計和材料的要求。本規(guī)定適用于所有裝置內(nèi)的設備和管道的絕熱,不包括儀表、電氣、和通風等專業(yè)的管線設備內(nèi)部絕熱設計。成套供貨設備及自身管道系統(tǒng)則根據(jù)設備制造商的標準設計。

Insulation thickness for all Hot and Cold Medium within the Utility Building and the Administration building, including all pipe work running between these buildings are to conform to ASHRAE 90.1-2007 – table 6.8.3.

Unless otherwise specified, the insulation shall be designed to conform the latest editions of the applicable Chinese standards and all applicable local codes. The applicable standards are:

2 Scope and design principle of insulation

   絕熱范圍和設計原則

2.1 Heat insulation保溫

              1.   Heat insulation, in general, is used for equipment and piping which the operating temperature is 50~850℃, except for the place where heat loss is required. If the amount of heat loss is strictly limited, the insulation is fully used even though operating temperature is lower than 50℃. The insulation is also considered.

              保溫一般應用在操作溫度在50~850℃的設備和管道上,要求有熱損失的地方除外。當需要嚴格限定熱損失量時,采用充分保溫,即使操作溫度低于50℃,也要考慮。

              2.   External insulation is not required for equipment and piping with refractory or insulation lining, except that the metal temperature must be controlled.

              當設備和管道帶有耐火材料或保溫材料襯里時,不需要外部保溫,金屬溫度必須被控制時除外。

2.2 Scald protection人身防護

The scald protection will be provided for the operating temperature above 60℃, non-insulated equipment and piping in the following areas. The operators may occasionally touch with these areas during operation.

人身防護應用于操作溫度在60℃及以上,下述操作區(qū)域內(nèi)不保溫的設備和管道上,因操作人員作業(yè)時可能會偶然與這些區(qū)域接觸。

            1.   Within 2100mm high from ground or floor.

                 從地面或樓面2100mm高以內(nèi)。

            2.  Within 750mm beyond the platform or walkway edge.

                超出平臺或走道邊緣750mm以內(nèi)的距離。

            3.  When the heat need to be consumed, the shielding or baffle plate can be used for scald protection.

                 當需要消耗熱量時,護罩或擋板也可用來代替人身防護。

2.3 Cold insulation保冷

The cold insulation is applied for the equipment and piping which operating temperature is lower than 10℃, except for the equipment and piping that heat-absorbing is required.

保冷應用于操作溫度低于10℃的設備和管道上,需要吸熱的設備和管道除外。

2.4 Anti-condensation防結(jié)露

When the operating temperature is higher than 10 but lower than ambient temperature, the moisture condensation of the equipment and piping surface will produce the following harmful effects.

防結(jié)露應用于操作溫度高于10℃,又低于環(huán)境溫度時,且設備和管道濕氣冷凝表面將產(chǎn)生下述有害影響時。      

             1.   When the condensation and dropping liquid will be harmful for the electrical facilities.

            表面冷凝、滴液對電氣設施有危害時。

             2.   When the condensation and dropping liquid will be harmful for some equipments.

             表面冷凝、滴液對某些設備有危害時。

             3.   When the surface condensation makes the staff uncomfortable.

             表面冷凝使工作人員不舒服。

2.5 Insulation type絕熱類型

The identification and type which indicated on P&ID and line list  is following:

3 Material材料

3.1 Index of the material材料選用索引表

Note: The material which touched the surface of austenitic stainless steel should meet the requirement of the standard GBJ126Codes of construction and acceptance of insulation work for industrial equipment and piping,and the chlorinity shall not be more than 25ppm.

備注與奧氏體不銹鋼表面接觸的隔熱材料應符合GBJ126《工業(yè)設備及管道絕熱工程施工及驗收規(guī)范》要求,且其氯離子濃度不應超過25ppm。

 

3.2 Material of insulation layer絕熱層材料

3.2.1 General總則

The material need to conform the appointed standard or condign client’s standard. Each technical property of the insulation material and its products must be measured and tested according to the specified method and standard by dedicated measuring organ. In principle, we need consider the following factors:

材料一般應按照指定標準或相當?shù)馁I方標準,所選用的絕熱材料及其制品的各項技術(shù)性能應由指定的檢測機構(gòu)按國家規(guī)定的標準方法測定,考慮如下因素:

              1.   The material should be able to bear the medium temperature.

材料應能耐介質(zhì)溫度

2.   The material should be not deformation in case of moisture absorption.

材料吸濕后應不變形

         3.   The surface of equipment and piping should be not corroded by the insulation material.

材料應不腐蝕設備和管道表面

         4.   The material should be easy to construct.

材料應易于施工

         5.   The oxygen index of fire retardant cold insulation materials and its products should be not less than 30.

阻燃型保冷材料及其制品的氧指數(shù)不應小于30

         6.   The asbestos material of the containing asbestos are not allowed to use in the project.

不允許使用石棉或含有石棉的保溫材料

         7.   Material shall be Class O rated tested in accordance to BS 476 requirements and as per local guidelines.

材料測試率應依據(jù)BS476要求和當?shù)刂笇Х结槥?/span>0級。

         8.   Material shall be FM approved.

材料應經(jīng)FM確認。

         9.   Material shall be resistance to attack of algae, bacteria, vermin and growth of moles and fungi

保溫材料應有抗霉,細菌,寄生蟲,鼠疫和真菌等的生長.

             10.  Pipe insulation shall be non combustible and preferably FM Appproved

在潔凈房間材料不應有被禁止釋放的有機化合物的氣體揮發(fā).

 

3.2.2 Material of heat insulation in indoor 室內(nèi)保溫材料

The application description of the materials for indoor heat insulation and scald protection will be indicated in the table 3.2.1 as follow. And please see the table 3.2.2-1 and 3.2.2-2 for the insulation thickness table.

本項目室內(nèi)保溫及人身防護材料的應用規(guī)定見下表3.2.1,厚度表請見表3.2.2-13.2.2-2

本項目室外保溫及人身防護材料的應用規(guī)定見下表3.2.3,厚度表請見表3.2.4-1。

本項目室內(nèi)和室外一般保冷及防結(jié)露的材料的應用規(guī)定見下表3.2.7,厚度表請見表3.2.8-1和表3.2.8-2

Note: This fastening material is only for reference in construction. It can be adjusted according to the type of insulation materials. Other assistant materials such as joints and reinforced materials can be selected and used by the contractor according to the characteristic of insulation materials.

備注:該緊固件材料僅供施工中參考,實際使用時可根據(jù)絕熱材料供貨種類進行調(diào)整,其它輔助材料如接縫材料及補強材料等,可由承包商根據(jù)絕熱材料特性選擇使用。
