戶口本翻譯模板注意事項(xiàng)及常用詞匯

1．戶號(hào)：Household number
2．集體戶：Corporate，非農(nóng)業(yè)集體戶：Non-agricultural corporate。（集體戶口常住人口登記卡：Registry of De Jure Population in Corporate Household）
3．派出所Police station；公安分局Public Security Sub-Bureau（市轄區(qū)級(jí)）；公安局Public Security Bureau（地、市、縣級(jí)）；公安廳Public Security Department（省級(jí)）
4．戶主或與戶主關(guān)系
a、戶主本人，就填Householder himself或Householder herself。
b、如果是戶主的父母、配偶、兒女、兄弟、姐妹，直接填Father、Mother、Husband、Wife、Son、Daughter、Brother、Sister即可。
c、長(zhǎng)子、次子之類，不需要加first，second之類的序數(shù)詞，因?yàn)榫唧w欄目里已經(jīng)有出生日期，年齡大小自然就比較出來(lái)了。
d、兒媳、女婿不可用Son-in-law/Daughter-in-law，易引起歧義（多數(shù)情況下指“養(yǎng)子女”或“繼子女”），應(yīng)當(dāng)用Son’s wife/Daughter’s husband。

居民戶口簿具有證明居民身份狀況以及家庭成員間相互關(guān)系的法律效力，是戶口登記機(jī)關(guān)進(jìn)行戶籍調(diào)查、核對(duì)的主要依據(jù)。戶籍登記機(jī)關(guān)工作人員進(jìn)行戶籍調(diào)查、核對(duì)時(shí)，戶主或本戶成員應(yīng)主動(dòng)交驗(yàn)居民戶口簿。
The Household Register is a legal instrument for proving the citizenship and relationship between family members. It is the main basis for inquiring and checking the household registration status of citizens by the Household Registration Organ. 戶主對(duì)居民戶口簿應(yīng)妥善保管，嚴(yán)禁私自涂改、轉(zhuǎn)讓、出借。如有遺失，須立即報(bào)告戶口登記機(jī)關(guān)。

本戶如有人員增減或者登記事項(xiàng)發(fā)生變動(dòng)，應(yīng)持居民戶口簿到戶口登記機(jī)關(guān)申報(bào)登記。 If any of the registered items, such as the number of family members, have changed, the holder of the Household Register shall bring the Household Register to the Household Registration Organ for updating.
全戶遷出戶口管轄區(qū)的，應(yīng)向戶口登記機(jī)關(guān)繳銷居民戶口簿。

6．民族、民族成分：Ethnicity或Ethnic group
