6月30日，聯(lián)合國大會(huì)召開消除貧困高級(jí)別視頻會(huì)議，主題為“全球消除貧困的趨勢、選擇和戰(zhàn)略”。這標(biāo)志著聯(lián)合國“消除貧困聯(lián)盟”正式啟動(dòng)。

The UN General Assembly virtual high-level meeting on poverty eradication on the theme "Trends, options and strategies in poverty eradication across the world" was held on June 30. The event marked the formal inauguration of the Alliance for Poverty Eradication.

第74屆聯(lián)合國大會(huì)主席蒂賈尼·穆罕默德-班迪6月30日召開視頻會(huì)議，啟動(dòng)“消除貧困聯(lián)盟”。中國作為創(chuàng)始成員參加該聯(lián)盟。

消除一切形式的貧困是聯(lián)合國2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程17個(gè)目標(biāo)中的首個(gè)目標(biāo)，其中提到，確保從各種來源，包括通過加強(qiáng)發(fā)展合作充分調(diào)集資源，為發(fā)展中國家、特別是最不發(fā)達(dá)國家提供充足、可預(yù)見的手段以執(zhí)行相關(guān)計(jì)劃和政策，消除一切形式的貧困。

在聯(lián)合國成立75周年和進(jìn)入“可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)行動(dòng)十年”之際，新冠肺炎疫情暴發(fā)給消除貧困帶來新的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)，各方應(yīng)以成立“消除貧困聯(lián)盟”為契機(jī)，采取共同行動(dòng)，推進(jìn)全球減貧事業(yè)。

目前，巴基斯坦、印度、孟加拉國、南非、埃及、摩洛哥、埃塞俄比亞、墨西哥、智利、挪威和土耳其等30多個(gè)國家也已參加該聯(lián)盟。

亞洲各國人民希望遠(yuǎn)離貧困、富足安康，希望各國合力推進(jìn)開放、包容、普惠、平衡、共贏的經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化，共同消除一些國家民眾依然面臨的貧窮落后，共同為孩子們創(chuàng)造衣食無憂的生活，讓幸福和歡樂走進(jìn)每一個(gè)家庭。

We Asian people long for decent lives free of poverty. We hope that countries will work together to promote economic globalization and make it more open, inclusive, balanced and beneficial to all. Doing so will enable us to eradicate poverty and backwardness that still plague people in some countries. It will make life carefree for our children and bring happiness to all families.
